5 Two Sentence Stories

1.) I remembered the sun and its warmth on my skin with a sad smile. The two pinpricks gracing my neck now promised an eternal night.

2.) My dad always said uncle got what was coming to him, but I wonder if he knew that same thing would happen to him, too. When hard financial times pushed our family into grandma’s house I felt the anger rolling off of her.

3.) “Hey, your jumpsuit is so chic- where did you get it?” Gabbie looked exasperated as she said, “for the last time, Becky, I legally have to clean your side of the road; leave me alone.”

4.)”Will I be short forever, grandpa?” “There’s nothing wrong with being small, Sam; even the smallest mosquito can change your day.”

5.) “Eureka! I found the cure for all disease,” God said as he jumped excitedly and tripped, dropping the small vial.
